ab9 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ab9 ("ab9", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing ab9.im, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the ab9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ab9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown above. Continued use of the ab9 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and any other activity conducted through the ab9 platform, including access via mobile browsers and any future native applications.

To register and maintain an active account on ab9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an ab9 employee or contractor.
• You must register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

ab9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, bank statement, or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) account confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ab9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify ab9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

ab9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction request.

Deposits are generally credited to your ab9 account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ab9 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information held on your ab9 account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and source-of-funds verification. ab9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method but ab9 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

ab9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ab9 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment services.

ab9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms at the time of the offer.

General bonus rules that apply unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be requested.
• ab9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or irregular betting patterns — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

ab9 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.

All games available on the ab9 platform — including slots, live casino table games, video poker, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under the rules set by the respective game provider and, where applicable, under the rules published in the ab9 Help section. In the event of a discrepancy between game provider rules and ab9 platform rules, the ab9 platform rules shall prevail.

The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of play conducted by trained dealers at Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios. ab9 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab9 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from a known software error are void.
• Placing bets with the intent to qualify for a promotion while having no genuine interest in normal gameplay (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

ab9 reserves the right to void bets, cancel winnings, suspend, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of fair play standards, with or without prior notice, and without liability to the account holder.

ab9 offers sports betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, tennis, and other markets as made available on the platform from time to time. All betting markets are subject to the following general rules unless market-specific rules state otherwise:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. ab9 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the system has updated.
• If a sporting event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets may be voided and stakes returned at ab9's discretion, subject to market-specific settlement rules.
• ab9 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, refuse bets, or restrict betting access on any account at its discretion.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to the player's ab9 account balance upon official result confirmation.

Cricket betting at ab9 covers a broad range of markets including match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, over/under, and live in-play options. Market availability depends on the fixture and may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the ab9 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from connection failures, device errors, or internet outages during gameplay.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information resulting from data feed errors from third-party suppliers.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from circumstances beyond ab9's reasonable control.

ab9's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your ab9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

ab9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Suspected underage gambling.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward ab9 staff.
• Multiple account registration.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, ab9 reserves the right to withhold any balance and void any pending withdrawals. In all other cases, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ab9 platform shall first be referred to the ab9 customer support team at [email protected] for resolution. ab9 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process, you retain the right to pursue the matter through any competent legal channel available to you under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

These Terms, together with the ab9 Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ab9 with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
